Our Step by Step System
Plasticoate PUMMA system installation on a flat roof ( no extra insulation)

The Plasticoate roof coating is applied on the concrete or the bitumen substrate. After cleaning and opening bubbles. Make sure that there is no water and water damp in the old insulation system. If yes install channels and vents into the old roofing membrane to make sure that water damp can evaporate.
- Apply the primer Plasticoate 112 (concrete) or 116 ( asphalt) with a roller on the substrate,slightly broadcast with quarz 12-15 mesh.

When cured install the Plasticoate 800 PUMMA roof coating with a rubber squegee or a roller. Mix the Plasticoate 800 roof coating together with the filler pack on site and add the nesessary hardener depending on the temperature.

Apply the Polyester fleece into the first layer with a 3" overlap.

Spread out Plasticoate 800 again on top of the embedded fleece wet in wet until the surface is completely covered. Let the coating cure. ( less than 2 hours) It is possible to cover the coating with slate to protect the coating from UV and increase its lifetime.
